The Black Swan was the theme for the latest Figurative Illustration Workshop. I painted a “white” swan earlier for a charity auction. When I was returning a costume for an illustration commission they showed me they had just put the Black Swan into the retal stock and I knew right then we were going to be drawing and painting it at the next workshop.
